Selena Gomez stuns in black Ralph Lauren gown at the 2024 Emmys
Selena Gomez wore a gorgeous black gown at the 2024 Emmy Awards.
The Only Murders in the Building star looked stunning on the red carpet at the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards, which were held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, wearing a custom black silk-and-velvet Ralph Lauren Collection gown.

The dress had a hand-embellished halter neckline composed of 600 diamond-cut crystals, and she accessorized with matching diamond drop earrings, bracelets, and rings. Gomez's appearance was reminiscent of the black gown she wore to the 2023 Academy Museum Gala, which had a silver rosette halter neckline.
At this year's ceremony, the 32-year-old received her first acting nomination for her role as Mabel Mora in Hulu's Only Murders in the Building, as well as her third producing nomination for the series, making her the most-nominated Latina producer in Emmy history.
The murder mystery comedy is nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series (Steve Martin and Martin Short), Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series (Meryl Streep), Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series (Matthew Broderick), and Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series (Da'Vine Joy Randolph).
At the 2023 event, the "Who Says" singer wore a sheer Oscar de la Renta gown embellished with scarlet sequins in a flowery motif. While Only Murders in the Building has received multiple nominations, Gomez's docuseries Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me has been nominated for Outstanding Writing for a Nonfiction Program at the 2023 Emmys.
She elegantly attended last year's concert with her boyfriend Benny Blanco, who did not walk the red carpet but was subsequently seen blowing kisses at Gomez from the audience. Her attendance on this year's red carpet comes after she appeared to rule off engagement rumors. Gomez posed for images at the Only Murders in the Building season four premiere in Los Angeles last month, wearing a variety of jewelry, but an engagement ring was clearly missing, contrary to expectations.
The Disney Channel alum and the 36-year-old record producer recently sparked engagement speculations when she posted a mirror selfie of the couple, cleverly placing a heart emoji over her left ring finger.
Blanco reportedly hinted at his plans to propose to Gomez during a May visit on The Howard Stern Show. At the moment, host Howard Stern stated he was "predicting marriage" for the couple, to which Blanco responded, "You and I both."
